Custom Dry Aging
Our signature dry age cooler runs nonstop, aging premium cuts to perfection. The selection changes weekly. Want your own steak in the cooler? Just ask.
The Freshest Seafood
We keep a few seafood items in the shop, but you can also preorder! Order by Wednesday, pick up Friday. The freshest stuff we can get our hands on — lobster, crab, you name it.
HousHousemade Meats and Sides
We grind, cure, and smoke all our own stuff. Six sausage flavors that rotate weekly, in addition to bacon, lunch meats, and sides so delicious to add to any meal.
Restaurant Sourcing
We’re proud to supply some of the best Rock Hill and Charlotte restaurants with our cuts (including our very own kitchen over at BearWalrus in Rock Hill).

LongBottom Meats launched in 2023 because the locals were fed up with mediocre meat and big-box nonsense. So we opened a shop that does things differently (the right way).
We dry-age in-house. We make our own sausage, bacon, and sides. We bring in seafood so fresh it still has an attitude. And if you want something weird like elk, boar, or kangaroo, we’ll find it. No upcharge. No problem.
Whether you’re a backyard grill king or the kind of cat who breaks out the fancy apron on a Tuesday, you’re in good hands.

At LongBottom, we don’t take ourselves too seriously, but we take our craft very seriously. We’re a little weird, a lot passionate, and fully dedicated to this community.
Ask us about cooking temps, cast irons, dry rubs, or what to grill for your in-laws. We’ll shoot you straight and maybe make you laugh while we’re at it.
